Visit the Tateuchi Community Room 4:00pm - 5:30pm on September 3rd for the opening reception of Tacoma based artist Yoshi Nakagawa’s Reciprocal. You will have a chance to view the prints, meet the artist and enjoy some tea and light refreshments.

Kingdom Plantae

Reciprocal is an individual show by Yoshi Nakagawa, exhibiting various printmaking techniques such as woodcuts, linocuts, etchings, monotypes, and letterpress that reflect on our environment with Japanese aesthetics. As artists and stewards of nature, we experience reciprocity that nourishes, heals, and inspires us. We find beauty in patterns, repetition and harmony—and we return the deed by preserving, protecting and advocating for the wellness of the natural world.
